จากสายพระเนตรและพระราชปณิธานของสมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา ฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ทรงเล็งเห็นว่า พลังของเทคโนโลยีสามารถเป็นมากกว่าเครื่องมือสร้างความมั่งคั่ง แต่ต้องเป็นสะพานเชื่อมโยงผู้คนเข้ากับโอกาส และเป็นกุญแจปลดล็อกศักยภาพ พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของทุกคน โดยเฉพาะผู้พิการและผู้สูงวัย

นี่คือเรื่องราวการเดินทางของ i-CREATe จากพระราชดำริอันกว้างไกลซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น สู่การเป็นเวทีระดับนานาชาติอันแข็งแกร่งที่หล่อหลอมนักวิจัย นักประดิษฐ์ และผู้กำหนดนโยบายจากทั่วเอเชียให้มารวมตัวกัน เพื่อสร้างสรรค์เทคโนโลยีเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ผู้สูงอายุและผู้พิการ เพื่อลดช่องว่างและสร้างความเท่าเทียมในสังคม
