NECTEC หารือความร่วมมือกับ OGP สิงคโปร์ และ BDI แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับภาครัฐ

เมื่อวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2569 ดร.มารุต บูรณรัช นักวิจัยอาวุโส ทีมวิจัยการวิเคราะห์ยุทธศาสตร์ด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ กลุ่มวิจัยวิทยาการข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ (DSARG) พร้อมคณะ ให้การต้อนรับและหารือร่วมกับ Ms. Cheryl Lee ตำแหน่ง International Tech Strategy และคณะผู้แทนจากหน่วยงาน Open Government Products (OGP) ประเทศสิงคโปร์ และผู้แทนจากสถาบันข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ BDI ณ ห้องปทุมมา อาคารศูนย์เทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งชาติ (NECTEC) โดยหน่วยงาน Open Government Products (OGP) ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2019 เป็นหน่วยงานอิสระภายใต้กระทรวงดิจิทัลฯ ของสิงคโปร์

การหารือดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และความท้าทายในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับภาครัฐ ประเด็นหารือที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ แนวทางการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มบัญชีข้อมูลภาครัฐ (Data Catalog) โดยใช้ระบบจัดการข้อมูล CKAN แนวทางการบริหารองค์กรเทคโนโลยีภาครัฐแบบ Agile และกระบวนการจัดงาน Hackathon เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมภาครัฐ และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในภาครัฐระดับภูมิภาค รวมถึงการหารือสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ โดยทุกหน่วยงานเห็นว่าควรมีกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างกันในลักษณะทีละขั้นตอน โดยเน้นไปที่การแบ่งปันเครื่องมือและองค์ความรู้เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันในภูมิภาคอาเซียน

NECTEC Partners with Singapore’s OGP and BDI to Exchange Insights on Government Application

On July 3, 2026, Dr. Marut Buranarach, Senior Researcher and representative of the AI-driven Strategic Analytics Research Team from the Data Science and Analytics Research Group (DSARG), and his team welcomed and held a discussion with Ms. Cheryl Lee, International Tech Strategy, the delegation from Open Government Products (OGP), Singapore, and representatives from the Big Data Institute (Public Organization) or BDI. The meeting took place at the Pathumma Room, National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) building. Open Government Products (OGP) was established in 2019 as an independent organization under Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information.

The objective of this discussion was to exchange knowledge and address challenges regarding the development of digital applications for the public sector. Key topics included approaches to developing a government data catalog platform using the CKAN data management system, agile management practices for government technology organizations, and the organization of hackathons to drive innovation. The participants also discussed fostering regional collaboration in the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the public sector, as well as strengthening partnerships among organizations. The meeting reached a consensus to build relationships and exchange insights through a step-by-step approach, focusing on sharing tools and expertise for mutual benefit within the ASEAN region.
