On September 2, 2025, at the National Energy Technology Center (ENTEC), Dr. Arthit Champeecharoensuk, a researcher in the Low Carbon Energy Research Group, attended the Youth Day Asia-Pacific Energy Week 2025 conference at the United Nations Conference Center (UNCC) in Bangkok.
The event brought together young innovators from around the world and youth organizations from across the region, providing a platform to showcase youth-led innovations and stimulate discussions on collaborative approaches to advancing the energy transition in the Asia-Pacific. Asia-Pacific Energy Week 2025 was held alongside the Fourth Session of the Committee on Energy under the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), a key regional forum addressing major energy challenges and promoting sustainable development.
At the conference, Dr. Arthit Champeecharoensuk served as a judge for the global finals of the ISETS–ESCAP Global Youth Voice Competition on the theme of energy transition. He also participated in the Youth Dialogue panel session, where he exchanged views and explored best practices for advancing the global energy transition.
