In a special publication marking the Bangkok Post’s 66th anniversary, three NSTDA researchers were honored as “young leaders shaping Thailand’s future”.  Dr. Chai Wutiwiwatchai from NECTEC was recognised for his outstanding research on Thai text–to-speech technology for the disabled. Dr. Siwaruk Siwamogsatham, an expert in wireless

communications and security technology from NECTEC, was recognised for his development of the signal jamming “T-Box” which has been credited with saving lives in the south of Thailand. And Dr. Uracha Ruktanonchai, Head of the Nano-Delivery System Laboratory at NANOTEC was honoured for her research into how nanotechnology can improve the efficiency of foods and drugs.
