ANSO Workshop on Climate Change and Its Impact

ANSO is a non-profit, non-governmental international scientific organization founded in 2018 by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and 36 other international science and education institutions from around the world. ANSO is committed to promoting shared development, sustainable development and the advancement of the UN SDGs through catalyzing and implementing concrete international cooperation initiatives in Science, Technology & Innovation and Capacity Building (STIC).

One of the Major Activities of ANSO is to catalyze and initiate major international science programs with a special focus on areas of key importance for sustainable development, also to organize training, education and capacity-building, creating the social foundation for the joint development of a community of the whole humankind with a shared future.

Therefore, some scientific workshops known as ANSO Online Open Conference will be organized online in 2021 by working together with ANSO Members, Partners, and other International Organizations.

Current topics are covering: 1) climate change and its impact, 2) global health, 3) agriculture technology and food safety, 4) fundamental science and higher education, 5) biodiversity, 6) green economy, and 7) technology transfer.

The workshop on Climate Change and Its Impact was led by RAS, CAS and ANSO, to be scheduled on 2nd – 3rd March 2021 (online meeting). It starts from 15:00 (GMT+8, Beijing Time) which is 14:00 (GMT+7, Bangkok Time) on both days.
