ตามที่สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) ได้จัดให้มีฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ที่มีลิขสิทธิ์เพื่อให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้งาน จึงได้กำหนดแนวปฏิบัติในการใช้งาน เพื่อให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องตามสัญญาและข้อตกลงระหว่าง สวทช. และผู้จัดพิมพ์และ/หรือผู้ให้บริการฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ ซึ่งมีเงื่อนไขแตกต่างกันไปตามแต่ละฐานข้อมูล สวทช. จึงขอประกาศข้อห้ามในการใช้งานฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ต่างประเทศที่ สวทช. บอกรับเป็นสมาชิก
In accordance with the provision of licensed online databases by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) for user access, guidelines have been established to ensure proper use in compliance with the agreements and contracts between NSTDA and publishers and/or online database providers. These agreements contain terms and conditions that vary depending on each database. NSTDA hereby announces the prohibited actions regarding the use of foreign online databases subscribed to by NSTDA
