Research and Testing System of Future Modern Transports Seminar
The Rail and Modern Transport Research Center (RMT) is a research group within the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC), part of NSTDA since November 2023. RMT has mandated to develop ready-to-use technology for rail and modern transport industries by conducting R&D projects responsible for safety and reliability enhancement in the railway system with the focus on the development of predictive maintenance technology, development of automated inspection techniques, development of technology for railway parts & components manufacturing, and maintenance data analytics.
Prior to November 2023, RMT was established in February 2020 as one of NSTDA’s focus centers.
