              5 key innovations are
     
               Austrianova’s Bac-in-a-Box® technology encapsulates live probiotic bacteria and protects them from harsh physiological stresses such as the acidic pH of the stomach which destroys many traditional probiotic supplements. This technology has further potential in fields such as bioremediation, pest control and biosensing.
     
               Empure ® Noodle-Star 100 developed by Emsland Asia Food Innovation Corp. Co.,Ltd. In collaboration with National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology ( BIOTEC). This innovative starch shows an adapted elasticity, improved slipperiness, reduced hardness and chewiness, compare with mung bean starch. Moreover, this Empure® Noodle-Star 100 is the ideal cost saving alternative to Mung bean starch.
     
               Fermentation Technology Research & Service Centeris a Joint venture between Kasetsart University, Agricultural Research Development Agency (Public Organization) and Betagro, providing upscale microbial fermentation and downstream processing services for private sector from SME to large company. The services include consultation, joint and contract research.
     
               Food Allergen Test Kits from Morinaga Bio-science (Thailand) Co.,Ltd ( MBST) The advantage of products are basing on its advanced immune-technology protected by international patents. The test kits can detect Egg (Ovalbumin), Case in, Peanut, Wheat/Gluten, Buckwheat, Beta-lactoglobulin and Soy bean. The most important thing is that our test kits can detect the denatured allergen after processing. MBST ELISA kits were validated and met the inspection methods of foods containing allergens in Japan.
     
               Aom-Sin ; The natural Plant vaccine from Green Innovative Biotechnology Co,Ltd. , NSTDA Incubator. This product developed to support sustainable agriculture. Aom-Sin can control pest and plant diseases by inducing plant immune system using Stimulant and Precursor, therefore improving productivity , food safety and is friendly to environment.
