Target Group
The corporate entities that are promoted by, or are in the process of applying for promotion from, the Board of Investment (BOI).
Benefits
Additional corporate income tax exemption equal to 200% of the donated amount, with the maximum tax exemption period extended to no more than 13 years in total, including previously granted privileges.

RDI Measure (Revenue Department Scheme)
Receive tax deductions under the Revenue Department regulations by donation.
Target Group
Individuals and Corporate Entities.
Benefits
For Individuals
Tax deduction up to 2 times (200%) of the donated amount, not exceeding 10% of assessable income after deductions and allowances.
For Corporate Entities / Partnerships
Tax deduction up to 2 times (200%) of the donated amount, not exceeding 10% of net profit before deductions for public charity/utility and education/sports expenses.
Donation Steps
For Individuals
- Transfer money via any Mobile Banking App through the e-Donation system by scanning the QR Code of your preferred project (or choose General/Unspecified Fund).
- Tax deductions apply automatically without submitting proof to the Revenue Department.
For Corporate Entities
- Download and complete the Donation Intent Form.
- Prepare required documents.
- Transfer funds or issue a cashier’s cheque.
- Submit the form along with proof of transfer to the officer via email.
- NSTDA issues an official donation receipt.
