Anti-oxidant activity

     Antioxidant activity can be tested using the same methods employed for radical generation assessment, but with an appropriate test design. For instance, this can involve measuring the reduction in the production of intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in the presence of a test substance that possesses antioxidant properties.
