        The selection committee will approve candidates with outstanding qualifications.  During the period of one year, successful candidates will receive monthly stipend, health and accidental insurance, and a round-trip economy-class airfare for international candidates who complete the one year term.  Upon the completion of one year, the committee will revisit a need for the second year extension.
