Abstract

The authors regret to request a correction in our published paper 揕iana abundance and diversity increase along a successional gradient even with homogeneous closed canopy� https://doi.org/10.1016/j.foreco.2023.120878 an error was noted and is shown in this corrigendum. The correct Fig. 7 is provided here. In the method section we used the same protocol of the liana census as what we did for the tree census measuring DBH at 1.3 m perpendicular to the ground. Concurrently we also conducted the census protocol of Gerwing et al. (2006) and Schnitzer et al. (2008) as detailed in this published paper. Nevertheless this additional protocol did not change the findings presented in our paper (see Supplementary S1朣5).
