To receive additional tax privileges from the Board of Investment (BOI) by Donation
According to Announcement No. 10/2565 of the Board of Investment (BOI) regarding the “Competitiveness Enhancement Measure” issued on December 8, 2022, Item 1 allows entrepreneurs to apply for additional rights and benefits to enhance competitiveness for projects with investment or expenditures under Sub-item 1.1 (4): Supporting science and technology organizations, such as educational institutions, specialized training centers, research institutes, government agencies, as well as various funds approved by the Board (e.g., technology and innovation development, human resource development). This aims to incentivize and stimulate investment or spending on activities that benefit the country or industry as a whole.

To receive tax deductions under the Revenue Department regulations by donation
Royal Decree Issued under the Revenue Code Regarding Tax Exemption (No. 770) B.E. 2566 (2023) specifies tax exemption measures for individuals and corporate entities for donations made electronically to funds such as the Metrology System Development Fund, Public Health System Development Fund, Science and Technology Development Fund, or Science, Research and Innovation Promotion Fund, made between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2025.
