TAIST\u2013Science Tokyo Biomedical Engineering and AI Program<\/strong>\u00a0is a newly established TAIST program under a collaborative framework among the\u00a0Institute of Science Tokyo<\/strong>\u2014formed through the merger of the former\u00a0Tokyo Institute of Technology<\/strong>, Japan\u2019s leading engineering university, and\u00a0Tokyo Medical and Dental University<\/strong>, Japan\u2019s leading medical and dental university\u2014together with\u00a0NSTDA (Thailand)<\/strong>\u00a0and a new partner,\u00a0Mahidol University<\/strong>, in collaboration with\u00a0Kasetsart University<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This interdisciplinary program represents a new strategic direction in\u00a0Biomedical Engineering and Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>, integrating advanced engineering, medical sciences, and AI to address next-generation challenges in\u00a0medical technology<\/strong>, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications in\u00a0medicine, healthcare, wellness, and related industries<\/strong>, aligned with actual societal and industrial needs.<\/span><\/p>\n
