Announcement: Interview Selection & Preparation Guidelines

Congratulations to all candidates shortlisted for the upcoming interview process.
Please review the schedule and presentation guidelines below to prepare for your session.

1. Interview Schedule & Format

  • Interview Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2026
  • Session Duration: 10 minutes total per candidate
    • Presentation: 5 minutes
    • Q&A Session: 5 minutes

2. Presentation Guidelines

Candidates are requested to prepare a concise PowerPoint presentation
covering the following core areas:

  • Background & Expertise:
    Brief overview of key accomplishments and technical qualifications.
  • Research Impact & Commercial Potential:
    • Feasibility and readiness to expand research outcomes into industrial applications.
    • Potential for technology transfer (Tech Transfer) and industry collaboration.
  • Demonstration & Samples (Encouraged):
    • In addition to poster/slide presentations, candidates are encouraged
      to bring physical prototypes, equipment, sample components, or mockups
      to show during the presentation.

3. Required Action Items
