On September 27-28, 2023, the Thailand Science Park Convention Center in Pathum Thani, Thailand, hosted a collaborative seminar on rail fasteners. The Rail and Modern Transport Research Center (RMT), along with the National Metal and Materials Technology Center (MTEC) and the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), organized the event.<\/p>\n

The seminar, held both online and onsite, aimed to address the design, production, and testing of rail fasteners, seeking to establish local standards aligned with railway technology requirements. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation supported this initiative as part of the China-Thai Cooperation Program for 2023, with funding from the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund for 2024-2025.<\/p>\n

This collaborative effort contributes to advancements in rail technology and ensures safer and more efficient railway systems. While the event has concluded, its impact on the field of rail fasteners and transportation technology will endure.<\/p>\n
