https://www.nstda.or.th/home/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/131449476_2911628182455957_2440045058310982875_n.jpg1780475 พัฒนากลไกเพื่อสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนงานของ สวทช. ในทุกมิติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินงาน และพัฒนากลไกเพื่อสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนงานของ สวทช. ในทุกมิติ ภายใต้ภารกิจและโครงสร้างที่เปลี่ยนไป ตั้งแต่กระบวนการวางแผน เพื่อให้เกิดการบูรณาการความเชี่ยวชาญของหลายหน่วยงานภายใต้ สวทช. โดยมีกระบวนการกำหนด TOP ร่วมกัน มีระบบและกลไกการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ มีการวางเป้าหมายงาน งบประมาณ บุคลากร การวัดและประเมินผลบุคลากรอย่างเหมาะสม รวมทั้งการพัฒนาและบริหารความสามารถ ศักยภาพของบุคลากร ให้มีความรู้ความสามารถที่สอดรับกับทิศทางการเติบโตขององค์กรในอนาคต และมีความพร้อมในการก้าวสู่ตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น เพื่อองค์กรไม่ขาดคนเก่ง และคนดี มีคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับค่านิยมหลักของ สวทช. นอกจากนี้ ยังนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการสนับสนุนการทำงานแบบ multi-site/multi-location/multi-system รวมทั้งมีการใช้ข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์ทิศทางและกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร การสื่อสารภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่ก่อให้เกิดการร่วมแรงร่วมใจของบุคลากร และสื่อสารผลงานและความสำเร็จสู่ภายนอกองค์กร อันเป็นการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของสวทช. ต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
