International Advisory Committee
An establishment of the International Advisory Committee is NSTDA’s initiative to outreach its international networking to high-level members to advise and strengthen NSTDA on its S&T planning, implementation and monitoring of the activities and direction of the R&D programs and strategic collaborative partnerships. The Committee has 10-15 members, comprising of world leading scientists in various fields, experienced policy makers, strategists and administrators from both the public and private organizations. Therefore, the Committee will be able to distinctively raise eminent concern on planning, administrative, scientific and technological issues as well as to uniquely deliver practical policies for collaborative development of both the national and international communities.

NSTDA 's International Advisory Committee (IAC) during 2010-2012 made up of eminent scientists and science administrators from around the world. The first IAC meeting was held in Thailand Science Park in March 2007. The second IAC meeting was held in Phuket, Thailand during March 21-22, 2008 and the third IAC meeting was held in Bangkok on June 4-5, 2009.
