Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the case of cancellation, a delegate is required to inform the Conference Secretariat in writing of his/her inability to attend or any changes in enrollment. A 20% cancellation charge will be made to any cancellation prior to 1 May 2010.
No refund will be given for cancellation on or after 1 May 2010. Refund will be made after 4 June 2010.
